Hastings Street is currently undergoing a beautification upgrade. This project will require the use of heavy machinery and some jack hammering. There will be impacts to vehicular and pedestrian traffic along Hastings Street and access to some accommodation properties will be affected on some days. The completion date for these works is scheduled for mid 2008.
